History

Overview

Situated on an absolute waterfront CBD site, Admiralty Quays offers 176 luxury apartments with a level of quality surpassing previous developments. Its 32 levels comprise a mix of one, two, three and four-bedroom apartments and penthouses with breathtaking views of the city, Brisbane River and beyond.

An impressive porte cochere featuring marble tiles and a Tuscan-inspired fountain leads to a grand foyer with towering 5.8 metre ceilings, inlaid parquetry, polished marble tiles with feature borders, designer rugs, decorative ironwork and themed lighting. Security includes video surveillance, video intercom and restricted area keycard systems operating on a designated-floor-only basis.

All apartments face the Brisbane River and feature generous living areas with terracotta-tiled wide balconies. Bathrooms, ensuites, toilets, entry lobbies and kitchens have elegant marble facings, kitchens also having polished granite benchtops and European appliances. Apartments range from 76m2 one-bedders to penthouses covering in excess of 550m2 .

Recreational facilities include a landscaped podium deck with pool, spa, sauna, gymnasium, changing rooms and resort-style seating under shaded colonnades.

In 1999 Admiralty Quays became the first residential project to be the National Winner of the Property Council of Australia Rider Hunt Award. “The building has transformed a former industrial site into a residential showcase, attracted people to an area they once avoided and generally made a positive contribution to the industry”, said Mr Dennis Corke, Managing Director, Rider Hunt.
