DRY CLEANING

So convenient, so easy. Dry cleaning is available from the front office. We are an agent for White Knight Drycleaners to provide a convenient service. Simply drop off your garments at the office and they will be ready the same day or the next day depending on the items. Ironing-only service also available.

HOUSEKEEPING

Have your apartment hygienically cleaned. Our affordable in-house housekeeping services are available for your apartment from just $54. You can select a regular weekly, fortnightly or even a daily service or you can arrange a once only cleaning service for spring cleans. Full linen change services are also available including providing fresh quality sheets, towels etc.

LINEN HIRE

Take the hassles out of having to wash and change your linen. Let out housekeepers do it for you. We use hotel grade linen and you will love coming home to fresh linen and towels.

MAINTENANCE

Our onsite Maintenance Manager is Andy Maddox. Andy is an experienced tradesman. He would be able to assist you with most maintenance items in your apartment. There is a fee for his service but you will find that it is a lot less than having to call a tradesman from somewhere else.

PROFESSIONAL CARPET CLEANING

Having your carpet cleaned regularly is a great way to freshen up your apartment and also extend the life of your carpet. Carpets should be cleaned professionally once a year to prevent the carpet from staining or becoming smelly.

COMPUTER SET UP AND SUPPORT

Yes we can - provide you with computer set up and support. Our aim will be to also show you how it works so you can maintain it yourself and save some $$. You will be surprised to see that we can do robust hardware set ups that works fantastic but without the cost and jargon.

WINDOW CLEANING

Our team of housekeeprs can clean the windows in your apartment. It is very handy to preserve the pristine view of the river or to help you prepare for visitors.

FAX, PHOTOCOPYING AND PRINTING

If you need a fax sent or a photocopy made ask the friendly staff at the front office to assist you. Fees do apply, please ask us for more details.

VISITOR PARKING SERVICE

The front office operates a car parking pool for residents who kindly make their parks available for visitors when they are not being used. You must book these on the website or at the office before using a car park.

PARCEL COLLECTION

No longer do couriers have to leave a calling card when you are not home. The office will be helpful in collecting  parcels ready to pick up at your convenience. Items can be collected from the front office during office hours. This is a FREE service provided to you by the friendly staff at Admiralty Quays.
