How do I move my furniture into the building?


When moving you need to first let the onsite management know. You will be provided with a lift operation key and instructions for lift number 4 which is the service lift. The onsite manager will also install protective padding in the lift on the day you are moving your furniture. Keep in mind that under no circumstances are you allowed to move furniture through the foyer of the building. Furniture must enter the building through level P1. If in doubt always consult the onsite manager for information. Moving furniture is only possible during office hours.



What time does the Pool Area Close?


The pool area is open every day from 6am to 10pm. Please be aware that all common areas of Admiralty Quays are under 24/7 recorder surveillance.



How do I get a new key for my apartment?

Apartment keys are copy protected and no locksmith will be able to make you a copy. If you require a new key please lodge a request through the office to have a new key ordered for you. View prices for keys and access cards here>>



How do I book the BBQ?


To book the BBQ you need to pay a refundable deposit of $50 at the front office and obtain a key. Please clean the BBQ after use to obtain a deposit refund.
